This is the panel that appears on the right-hand side of search results or on the Maps view when someone searches for your business.

It is the central pillar of local SEO. A well-filled listing is not enough: you need a technically optimised listing to appear ahead of your competitors in the "Local Pack" (the top 3 results on the map).
