Yes. PMMA acrylic is resistant to impacts, light scratches, and common household cleaning products. The plaque can be wiped clean as normal. Not recommended for very humid environments (professional kitchens) - an NFC sticker would be a better choice in that case.

The NFC chip can be reprogrammed. Get in touch with your new Google URL and I'll send you the reprogramming instructions free of charge.
